Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions apply to your booking with Fantasea Creationz for any and all of our provided surf trips. By making your booking deposit, you are agreeing to enter a contract with us on these terms and conditions. That contract becomes binding immediately on our confirmation of your booking. To reserve your spot on an international surf trip we ask for a $300 deposit and for a domestic surf trip only $100 deposit. Full payment on the trip is due 30 days prior to surf trip commencing.
Cancellation Policy:
- All refunds will take up to 3-7 business working days which you should see this reflected on your statement.
- If you cancel your trip more than 6 months of the surf trip for any reason, your deposit will be refunded 100%.
- If you cancel within 3-6 months of the surf trip date, your deposit will be partially refunded, minus $100 booking fee bank bank transfer.
- If you wish to cancel within 3 months of the surf trip, NO REFUNDS will be offered. Due to the costs and time associated with prior surf trip bookings, the deposit cost is nonrefundable.
- If we have not received your balance 30 days prior to the surf trip start date, and no other arrangements for payment have been made, then your booking will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.
Failed to attend the surf trip or leave before completion:
- NO REFUNDS if participate has failed to show or had to leave before surf trip is completed.
- Please consider purchasing travel insurance that will cover you if you need to cancel at the last minute due to illness, injury or personal matters. Fantasea Creationz will not accept medical certificates as means to receive a refund. In the case of illness or injury preventing a guest from attending the surf trip, the normal cancellation policy applies above.
- If you plan to purchase “Cancel For Any Reason” insurance, be advised that this must be purchased typically within 2-3 weeks of your initial deposit date. Read the rules pertaining to your specific policy, but you should be buying the travel insurance at the same time or very soon after making your initial deposit with us.
If Fantasea Creationz cancels a surf trip:
- If your surf trip with Fantasea Creationz has to be cancelled by us, due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. a natural disaster), Fantasea Creationz is NOT liable for any travel costs associated with the surf trip.
- However, you will receive a full refund, minus the $100 booking fee by bank transfer. This policy comes as a result of years’ worth of experience researching and travelling, and the need to protect our team from these unforeseen circumstances. With the purchase of insurance, everyone involved (you, Fantasea Creationz team, property owners) will be protected from losses associated.
